Muhammad Qasim-i Tabrizi (d 1659) was a follower
of Riza-i ‘Abbasi. He decorated some of the side rooms in the Chihil Sutun palace at Isfahan, which was restored by Shah ‘Abbas II in 1647.
He was also a celebrated poet and his paintings often bear his verses.
