This page contains examples of six scripts. In the top panel is the basmalah written in thulth. The central panel below it contains four lines in naskh in praise of the Prophet Muhammad which introduce a hadith written in muhaqqaq script in the line below. The side panels contain a saying of ‘Ali, written diagonally in rayhan. The prayer in the penultimate panel is in riqa‘. The last panel has four lines of Persian text surrounded by the colophon, both of which are in nasta‘liq.
